Missing Since 2018, Nicole Fusaro Identified In Olney House Video

Family members and law enforcement sources have identified Nicole Amanda Fusaro — missing since July 2018 — as the woman police believe the late Raymond “R.C.” Horsch killed in a video recovered from hard drives at his Olney home at 417 W. Chew Ave., according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Fusaro was 27 when she was last seen in Kensington, the Inquirer reported. Law enforcement sources told the Inquirer they believe the video shows Horsch strangling her. Her body has not been found, and the Medical Examiner’s Office has not ruled the death a homicide, creating what the Inquirer described as a legal gray area. Horsch died in 2025 of a lung condition, leaving no suspect to charge, the Inquirer reported.

Fusaro is the fifth dead or missing woman tied to the Chew Avenue home, according to the Inquirer. Some relatives asked police not to publicly release her name. Her cousin, Jonathan Halloran-Koren, told the Inquirer he wants her name known so she is not forgotten.

Philadelphia Police Sgt. Eric Gripp said the investigation into the Horsch home remains extensive and ongoing, and officials expect to provide a public update next week. Because it is an active investigation, Gripp said in a statement, police are not confirming the identities of any individuals who may be connected to specific evidence or discussing information shared privately with families, the Inquirer reported.

Last month, police announced photographic evidence that appeared to show two other missing women — Maribel Fresses and Gabrielle Amarando — presumed dead at the home; their bodies also have not been recovered, according to the Inquirer. Eugene Horsch, R.C. Horsch’s son, is in federal custody on gun and drug charges and has not been charged in the disappearances, the Inquirer reported.
