A man was shot on the 4600 block of Edmund Street in Frankford / Northeast Philadelphia around 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, according to NBC10.
The man was taken by private car to a nearby hospital and was listed in critical but stable condition, police said.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
