A quadruple shooting broke out on Thursday night in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia that injured 4 and killed two men. The shooting occurred on the 1200 block of Bucknell Street in South Philadelphia around 8:45p. PhillyCrimeUpdate.com obtained video of the double murder. We must advise you that the video is graphic.
The video shows a silver sedan pull up on the block. A man gets out of the vehicle and opens fire on a group of at least 10 people. People run away and some hit the ground, and hide under cars to try and avoid the gunfire. This is when the gunman runs up to the people on the ground and shoots them at point blank range, ultimately killing them.
All 4 victims were transported to a local hospital by private vehicle. 2 men, both 36-years-old were pronounced dead a short time later at the hospital. A 25-year-old man was suffered multiple gun shot wounds to his leg and is listed in critical condition. The last victim, a 28-year-old man was shot multiple times throughout his body and is listed in critical condition as well. A gun was recovered at the scene, it is unclear who the gun belonged to but police did say one of the victims was also armed with a gun. Police say at least 24 shots was fired. No arrests, and no info on potential suspects.
