Philadelphia recorded its 250th murder of the year so far yesterday. A male victim, estimated to be between 20-30 years old was shot and killed at 12:52pm. The shooting occurred in the 25th police district at 500 West Bristol Street. Police did not have the victims identity and have listed him as a “John Doe”.
