Philadelphia Police Homicide detectives have released a chilling video that shows the moments a man gunned down another man in the city’s Kensington section. The homicide occurred on Friday, May 13th, 2022, on the 1800 block of E. Hilton Street. In the video you can see the shooter walking down the sidewalk with the victim and another man. The three men walk just off screen and you hear the gunshots ring out that killed the 50-year-old victim. Moments later, you can see the alleged shooter enter the screen again and calmly walk away from the scene of the murder he just committed. He is also seen walking with a female person of interest just after the shooting. The victim has been identified by the Philadelphia Obituary Project as Noble Colon.
The Philadelphia Police Homicide Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the people depicted in the video. A $20,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the shooter.
