Police responded to 321 W Earlham Terrace in the Germantown section of Philadelphia for a report of a shooting. The shooting occurred around 10:20pm. Police say that 4 armed men opened fire and struck the male victim multiple times. Police transported the male to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition. No arrests made and no weapons recovered. Police did not provide any description of the offenders.
