A double shooting occurred last night in Philadelphia in the area of 8th and Allegheny just as a block party was ending for the evening. Police say a gunmen opened fire last night with as many as 32 shots. A 22 year-old was shot but is listed in stable condition. A 48 year-old male was shot and killed at the scene. The scene also featured a food truck that was riddled with bullets from strays and crossfire. The food cart vendor was not harmed. Police have not made any arrests and victim information has not yet been released.
