At around 12:30pm today a man opened fire on the SEPTA subway platform at 15th and Market in center city just below City Hall. Philadelphia Police say a 19 year old man was shot at least 3 times. The victim was transported to Jefferson Hospital and placed into critical condition. After reviewing cameras, police did detain one person of interest for investigation but did not announce if this person was placed under arrest for the shooting. This story is developing.
